The following is a chronological list of some of the major accomplishments achieved by PRAIRIE FISH.

2005 PRAIRIE FISH celebrates 15 years of sustainable design advances.
2004 Selected by the USGBC to help beta test the new LEED accreditation examination. Earned LEED v2 Accredited Professional credential.
2003 Appointed to the Design Advisory Board of the International Academy of Design and Technology. Created first comprehensive review of all "green" design theories and presented this information to the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
2002 Real Goods store wins International Illumination Design Award while using low energy bulbs and meeting California's Title 24 requirements.
2001 Real Goods store featured in the fourth annual publication of Britain's Retail Innovation Report.
2000 Started writing "Read On" column of environmental issue-related book reviews in green@work magazine.
2000 Researched and designed the greenest store in America for Real Goods. Real Goods' Los Gatos California store was named to Stores of the Year.
1999 Published cover article "Can Retail Be Green?" in Visual Merchandising + Store Design magazine.
1999 PRAIRIE FISH is the featured cover story of Interiors & Sources magazine.
1998 Active Endeavors apparel shop in Chicago named to Stores of the Year.
1997 Appointed to Collins & Aikman's Sustainability Laboratory.
1997 Developed a new type of recycled cardboard for Patagonia to display their Capilene underwear as part of a UPS-shippable store fixture made of reclaimed heart pine.
1996 Built the first environmentally friendly Ben & Jerry's Scoop Shop.
1995 Researched and designed a total new shop environment for Ben & Jerry's Scoop Shops using environmentally friendly materials.
1994 Lectured at the Smithsonian institution's Cooper Hewitt National Museum of Design on "Red Path Design".
1993 Published "Red Path Design", a new design theology in Innovation, the professional journal of the Industrial Designers Society of America.
1992 Researched, designed, and developed the first ever 100% recycled/recyclable store fixture group fabricated from recycled plastic, recycled cardboard, and reclaimed steel for O wear, the organic cotton clothing subsidiary of VF Corporation.
1991 PRAIRIE FISH formally incorporated as the first or at least one of the first design firms dedicated solely to environmentally friendly design.
